What is Controlled Demolition?

Controlled demolition is the use of robotic, electronic controlled demolition machines to carry out demolitions of concrete walls or floors in a controlled fashion. Machines are electric so there are no fumes and can be fitted with numerous different attachments such as cruncher or breaker and are ideal for areas with restricted access.

When is Controlled Demolition Used?

Controlled demolition is used usually when partial demolition of building is required. If internal walls or floors in a building have to be demolished but the building has to be retained or if access for large machinery is restricted.

We use Controlled Demolition for Removal of Concrete walls, floors, stairs & lift shafts.
